Headset Usage

The following document outlines specific guidelines for the safe use of headsets. 

Work Preparation & Muscle Care

Prior to starting any sport, we all stretch and do warm-up exercises to prevent an injury. This can also be the same for starting work. Before lifting something heavy, we would assess the size and weight of the object before attempting to lift and stretch before getting into a position best to lift the object.

For most office work, there are some simple exercises that can be done to reduce fatigue and prevent muscle tiredness during the period at work. Remember never to stretch to a point where pain is experienced. Refrain from doing these exercises if you have a medical condition that could be made worse if attempted.

The benefit of these exercises is best achieved by a gentle stretching action over a period of at least 30 seconds.
